Cream the butter with Sweet 'N Low Brown until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat until light again. Fold flour thoroughly into creamed mixture. Stir in the walnuts and vanilla. Shape into long rolls 1 1/4 inch in diameter, wrap in wax paper and chill at least overnight. The longer you chill, the better the cookies. Slice the dough as thin as possible and arrange on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 375F for about 8 minutes.
