Drain fruit, reserving juice. In small saucepan, soften gelatin in juice, then heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in Sweet 'N Low. Transfer to medium-size bowl and refrigerate about 45 minutes until chilled but not set. Stir in fruit and walnuts. Slowly pour ginger ale down side of bowl; stir gently until blended.
Chill until partially set, about 45 minutes. Spoon into individual ½ cup molds. Chill until firm, about 1 hour. Unmold.
