In large bowl mix unflavored gelatin with Sweet'N Low; add hot juice and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in cold juice. Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
With electric mixer, beat at high speed until mixture triples in volume, about 10 minutes. Turn into dessert dishes or large bowl and chill until set. Garnish, if desired, with sliced fresh fruit.
