Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • ½ cup unsweetened canned pumpkin puree
  • ½ teaspoon Sweet’N Low 8oz. Box or 2 packets of Sweet’N Low
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon maple extract
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • Chopped toasted pecans (optional)

Preparation

In a medium bowl whisk to combine milk, pumpkin puree, ½ teaspoon or 2 packets of Sweet’N LowⓇ, pumpkin pie spice, and maple extract. Stir in oats, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

To serve, divide between 2 bowls. If desired, top with pecans.
