  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 packet Sweet’N Low®
  • ½ teaspoon coconut extract
  • ¼ cup fat-free half-and-half
  • 2 teaspoons dragon fruit powder
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen dragon fruit cubes for garnish (optional)


1. In a blender, process coconut water, water, mango, sweetener, and extract until smooth. Strain into a cocktail shaker ⅔ full of ice. Add powder and half-and-half, and shake vigorously until well chilled, about 7 seconds.

2. Strain into two serving glasses filled with ice, and garnish with dragon fruit cubes.
