  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 packet Sweet 'N Low zero calorie sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 1/2 cups cubed fresh whole-wheat bread, crusts removed

Preheat oven to 350F. In large bowl, combine pork, onion, garlic, walnuts, and lemon peel. In separate bowl, toss apples in lemon juice and add to pork mixture. Soak bread in bouillon. Add to pork with eggs, salt, Sweet 'N Low, and seasonings. Thoroughly mix all ingredients, mold into 12-inch loaf, and place in shallow roasting pan.
