Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry bread cubes
  • 1 cups skim milk, scalded
  • 2 teaspoons Sweet'N Low® zero calorie sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Soak bread cubes in scalded milk for five minutes; add Sweet'N Low®, cinnamon and raisins. Pour bread mixture slowly over beaten eggs; add vanilla and blend well. Pour into greased baking dish; bake at 325°F for about 50 minutes, or until firm.
