4 envelopes unflavored gelatin, 6 packets Sweet ‘N Low zero calorie sweetener, 4 cups apple, cranberry, grape, or orange juice, heated to boiling
Preparation
In medium bowl, mix gelatin with Sweet ‘N Low. Add hot juice and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour into 8 or 9-inch baking pan and chill until firm. To serve, cut into 1-inch squares.
