1 750ml bottle dry white wine, such as Pinot Gris, 1 pound frozen mango chunks, 4 packets SweetN Low zero calorie sweetener, ½ cup fresh lime juice, 2 ounces silver rum
Preparation
Use plastic ice trays to freeze wine into cubes overnight. Working in two batches, add the wine, mango chunks, SweetN Low, lime juice and rum to a blender. Pulse until blended. Transfer to a pitcher and garnish with fresh lime.
