Ingredients

4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 2 tablespoons Sweet€™N Low 8oz. Box or 30 packets of Sweet€™N Low, divided, ½ cup quick cooking oats, ½ cup all-purpose flour, ¼ cup sliced almonds, 4 tablespoons butter, melted, 2 teaspoons apple pie spice, Reduced calorie vanilla ice cream (optional)

Preparation

Place apples in an 8€ square baking dish and toss with cornstarch and the other 1 tablespoon or 15 packets of Sweet€™N Low“‡. In a medium bowl stir together oats, flour, almonds, butter and 1 tablespoon or 15 packets Sweet€™N Low“‡, and apple pie spice. Sprinkle topping over apples. Microwave until apples can easily be pierced with a skewer, about 10 minutes. If desired, serve topped with a scoop of ice cream.
