1 cup nonfat milk, ½ cup unsweetened canned pumpkin puree, ½ teaspoon SweetN Low 8oz. Box or 2 ½ packets of SweetN Low, ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, ½ teaspoon maple extract, 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats, Chopped toasted pecans (optional)
Preparation
In a medium bowl whisk to combine milk, pumpkin puree, SweetN Low, pumpkin pie spice, and maple extract. Stir in oats, cover, and refrigerate overnight. To serve, divide between 2 bowls. If desired, top with pecans.
