1 can (8 ounces) juice-packed pineapple chunks, drained, 1/2 cup shredded carrot, 2 green onions, sliced, 8 cups shredded cabbage (about 1 pound), 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds, 1/2 teaspoon (1 1/2 packets) Sweet ‘N Low zero calorie sweetener, 2 tablespoons nonfat mayonnaise, 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream, 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, onion, and pineapple. In a medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
