Ingredients

10 slices frozen peaches, 2 packets Sweet€™N Low®, divided, 2 tablespoons rolled oats, 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, Pinch of ground cinnamon, Pinch of fine sea salt, 1 ½ teaspoons olive oil, No-sugar-added vanilla ice cream or fat-free half-and-half for serving (optional)

Preparation

1. Grease a 1 cup microwave-safe ramekin or mason jar with cooking spray. 2. Add peaches to prepared ramekin, and sprinkle with 1 Sweet€™N Low packet. 3. In a small bowl, mix to combine oats, flour, 1 Sweet€™N Low packet, cinnamon, and salt. Drizzle with oil then mix with a fork until crumbly. Top peaches with the crumble. 4. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes prior to serving. If desired, top with ice cream or a drizzle of half-and-half.
