¼ cup safflower or vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 ½ tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce, ¾ teaspoon sesame oil, 1 packet Sweet’N Low zero calorie sweetener, ¼ teaspoon minced fresh or teaspoon ground ginger
Preparation
In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour over cooked vegetables, such as cauliflower, broccoli florets, or snow peas. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
