1/2 cup unsalted margarine, 1 cup rolled oats, 1/4 teaspoon salt substitute, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 egg, 1/4 teaspoon Sweet ‘N Low zero calorie sweetener, 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar, 1/2 cup raisins
Preparation
Cream margarine, brown sugar and Sweet ‘N Low. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; add to brown sugar mixture. Press into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375F. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool and cut into 1 x 2 inch bars.
