Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup malt or red wine vinegar, 3 cans (1 pound each) whole tomatoes, divided, 1 clove garlic, crushed, 2 packets Sweet’ N Low zero calorie sweetener

Preparation

Place contents of 1 can of tomatoes in blender container. Cover and process on medium speed 30 to 40 seconds, or until smooth. Repeat with each can of tomatoes separately. In large saucepan, combine tomatoes with all remaining ingredients except Sweet ‘N Low. Simmer, uncovered, until sauce is reduced and thickened, 30 to 40 minutes. Stir in Sweet ‘N Low.
