4 ounces fat-free half and half, 2 graham crackers, finely crushed, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 packet SweetN Low zero calorie sweetener, teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass with half and half, then dip into crushed graham crackers on a plate, creating a rim around the glass. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake remaining half and half, vanilla, SweetN Low® and cinnamon. Strain into the cocktail glass.
