4 pints firm, ripe berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries), 4 ½ teaspoons Sweet’N Low zero calorie sweetener, 3 cups cold water
Preparation
Wash berries carefully in cold water. Drain in colander. Dissolve Sweet’N Low in water. Fill 4 pint-sized containers with fruit. Add solution to cover berries, allowing ½-inch headspace. Seal tightly and freeze.
