8 tablespoons (1 stick) light butter or buttery spread, softened, 2 teaspoons SweetN Low 8oz. Box or 10 packets of SweetN Low, ¾ cup all-purpose flour, ½ cup whole wheat flour, 2 tablespoons skim milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon fine sea salt, ½ cup sugar-free or bittersweet chocolate chips
Preparation
In a medium bowl beat together butter and SweetN Low® until smooth. Beat in flour, whole wheat flour, milk, vanilla, and salt until smooth, then stir in chocolate chips. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
