16 ounces (1 pound) fresh cranberries, 2-3 packets Sweet’N Low zero calorie sweetener, or to taste, 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons cold water
Preparation
Puree cranberries in blender or food processor. Place cranberries in small saucepan and add Sweet’N Low or sweeten to taste. Stir in cornstarch and cook over medium heat 1 to 2 minutes or until thick and bubbly. Cool before serving.
