Ingredients

4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats, 1½ cups whole almonds, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon fine sea salt, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil or olive oil, 2 large egg whites, 2 teaspoons Sweet€™N Low 8oz. Box or 10 packets of Sweet€™N Low, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup dried cherries

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325„‰. In a large bowl stir to combine oats, almonds, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl whisk together oil, egg whites, Sweet€™N Low, and vanilla. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir to coat. Divide oat mixture between 2 large baking sheets, spreading out in a thin layer. Bake, stirring every 15 minutes, until browned, about 45 minutes. Let cool completely on baking sheets, then transfer to a bowl and stir in dried cherries. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
