1 cup dry bread cubes, 1 cups skim milk, scalded, 2 teaspoons Sweet’N Low® zero calorie sweetener, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons raisins, 2 eggs, lightly beaten, 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Soak bread cubes in scalded milk for five minutes; add Sweet’N Low®, cinnamon and raisins. Pour bread mixture slowly over beaten eggs; add vanilla and blend well. Pour into greased baking dish; bake at 325°F for about 50 minutes, or until firm.
