Preparation
In small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring water, sugar, and Sweet ‘N Low to a boil; boil about 2 minutes. Remove from heat; add cocoa powder and whisk until smooth. Use over fresh fruit or as a cold sauce for chocolate milk or cocoa.
