1 ½ cups skim milk, ¼ cup flour, ¾ teaspoon (3 packets) Sweet’N Low zero calorie sweetener, ½ teaspoon vanilla, teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 egg, 1 banana, 1 prepared 8-inch piecrust
Preparation
Blend flour with ½ cup cold milk. Scald remaining 1 cup milk and add flour-milk mixture, Sweet’N Low, vanilla, salt, lemon juice and egg. Cook in top of double boiler, stirring until thick. Slice 1 banana into piecrust, and spread cream filling over the top. Cool. Serve within 2 hours or keep refrigerated.
