Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium size bowl, sift together flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In separate bowl, combine egg, Butter Buds, sugar, Sweet’N Low®, vanilla, and bananas. Add dry ingredients, mix until moist. Turn into nonstick 9 X 5 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
