2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk, undiluted, 2 tablespoons minced onion flakes, 1 cup water, 1 chicken-flavor bouillon cube, 1 can (16 ounces) cut asparagus, undrained, 1 packet Sweet ‘N Low® zero calorie sweetener, Freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
In medium-size saucepan, combine asparagus with liquid, bouillon, water, and onion flakes. Simmer about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat but do not boil.
