1 cup brewed coffee, chilled, ½ cup skim milk, 1 packet SweetN Low zero calorie sweetener, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, plus more for garnish, ¼ teaspoon almond extract, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and add coffee, milk, SweetN Low®, cinnamon, almond extract, and vanilla extract. Stir well to dissolve SweetN Low®. For the whipped cream, in a medium bowl, beat cream and SweetN Low® with a hand mixer until softly whipped. Top coffee with 2 tablespoons whipped cream. Reserve any remaining whipped cream in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
