Freshly ground pepper to taste, 2 packets Sweet ‘N Low zero calorie sweetener, 2 teaspoons dill weed, 4 thinly sliced green onions, 1 cup peeled, diced potatoes, 1 can (1 pound) tomatoes, 1 cup thinly sliced carrots, 1 cup thinly sliced celery, 2 pounds fresh fish fillets (sole or flounder), 1 bay leaf, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 4 cups water
Preparation
In large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add salt, bay leaf, and fish. Gently simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Remove fish and set aside. Strain broth and bring to boil again. Add celery, carrots, tomatoes, and potatoes. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Flake fish and add to saucepan, with green onions, dill weed, and Sweet ‘N Low. Allow to heat through without boiling. Season with pepper.
