1/4 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons Sweet ‘N Low Brown zero calorie sweetener, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute, 2 1/2 -3 cups self-rising flour, 1/2 cup low fat margarine, 1/2 cup fat free margarine, 3 packets Sweet ‘N Low zero calorie sweetener, Low fat cooking spray
Preparation
Cream together sugars, sugar substitutes, margarines, egg substitute, and vanilla. Add flour and mix until thoroughly blended. Chill dough for 30-40 minutes. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet that has been sprayed with a low fat cooking spray. Press 5 or 6 mini chips into each dough ball. Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
