1 1/4 cups rolled oats, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 egg, 3 packets Sweet ‘N Low zero calorie sweetener, 1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar, 1/2 cup diet margarine, 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup raisins, chopped (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375F. In large bowl, with electric beaters, mix together all ingredients. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until brown around edges. Cool on wire rack.
