1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice, 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce, 3 cups finely shredded cabbage, 1 medium-size onion, chopped, 1 pound lean ground beef, 2 packets Sweet ‘N Low zero calorie sweetener, 1 1/4 cups water
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F. In medium-size nonstick skillet, brown beef and onion; drain fat.* Transfer beef and onion to 2 1/2 quart casserole and combine with remaining ingredients. Bake, covered, about 45 minutes. *If you don’t own a nonstick skillet, you can spray your skillet with a nonstick coating agent.
