4 pints firm, ripe blackberries, 3 cups water, 2 tablespoons Sweet ‘N Low zero calorie sweetener
Preparation
Rinse berries carefully in cold water, discarding any green fruit, stems, and caps. Pack berries into 4 hot, sterilized pint jars. Bring water to a boil and add Sweet ‘N Low. Immediately pour over berries, leaving 1/2-inch headspace. Seal according to manufacturer’s directions. Process 20 minutes in boiling water bath. Cool before storing.
