1/2 cup water, 2 whole cinnamon sticks, 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves, 4 medium (about 1 pound) peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced, 1 cup fresh apricots, pitted, or canned juice-packed apricot halves, drained, 1 cup dried prunes, pitted, 3 packets Sweet ‘N Low
Preparation
In medium-size saucepan, heat water, cinnamon sticks, and cloves to boiling. Add fruit; return liquid to boiling. Reduce heat to low and add Sweet ‘N Low. Simmer 25 minutes, or until tender.
