Ingredients

1 medium-size navel orange, 1 lemon, 2 ½ pounds firm ripe peaches, peeled and sliced, 1 pint fresh blueberries, …“ cup granulated sugar, ½ cup grape juice, 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Sweet’N Low zero calorie sweetener

Preparation

Peel orange and lemon; finely chop rind. Remove pits from pulp and chop pulp. Place fruit, their juices and rind in large pot. Add peaches and blueberries; sprinkle with sugar and let stand 30 minutes. Add grape juice and Sweet’N Low. Over medium heat, bring to a boil; boil, stirring frequently, 35 to 45 minutes or until fruit is thick and translucent. Spoon into hot sterilized jars, allowing ¼ inch head space (or follow jar manufacturer’s instructions if different.) Wipe rims with clean cloth dipped in hot water. Close according to jar manufacturer’s instructions and process in boiling-water bath 15 minutes. Because Sweet’N Low provides only the sweetening and not the preserving qualities of sugar, jams and spreads made with Sweet’N Low must be refrigerated and used within 2 weeks if not frozen.
