1 packet Sweet’N Low® zero calorie sweetener, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup cubed cantaloupe, in 1-inch pieces, 6-8 canned apricot halves, drained, 1-2 drops almond extract, 1/2 cup crushed ice
Preparation
Place the apricots and melon in a resealable plastic bag and freeze. Add the frozen melon and apricots to the container of a blender, preferably a superblender. Add the orange juice, Sweet’N Low®, almond flavoring, and ice to the blender. Whirl until the mixture is a creamy slush or evenly snowy mixture. Spoon into 2 cocktail glasses, mounding it. Add a straw and a spoon, if desired.
