3 cups mixed roasted unsalted nuts, 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted, 1 tablespoon chili powder, ¾ teaspoon SweetN Low 8 oz. Box or 3 ¾ packets of SweetN Low, ¾ teaspoon fine sea salt, ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300. In a large bowl, toss nuts with butter to coat. Add chili powder, SweetN Low®, salt, and cayenne and stir to coat with spices. Spread nuts out on a large baking sheet and bake, stirring every 10 minutes, until toasted, 25-30 minutes. Let nuts cool completely on baking sheet. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
