Ingredients

1 frozen banana, broken into pieces, 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, 2 cups unsweetened nondairy milk (almond, oat, rice, or soy), 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 2 packets Sweet €˜n Low®, 1 teaspoon vanilla, Cocoa nibs, for garnish (optional)

Preparation

1. To a blender add banana and spinach, then pour milk over them. Add cocoa powder, peanut butter powder, chia seeds, Sweet €˜n Low®, and vanilla. Blend on high speed until smooth. 2. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with cocoa nibs, if desired.
