Condiments

Vegetable Marinade

(enough to marinate approximately 8 cups of vegetables)

¼ cup tarragon vinegar
¼ cup white wine vinegar
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
3 packets Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Pour over fresh vegetables; toss well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Keeps well up to one week.
