Vanilla Milkshake

(1 serving)
1/3 cup instant non-fat dry milk
1 cup ice water
2 packets Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and process at high speed about 30 seconds, or until frothy.

Variations:
- Substitute 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules for vanilla.
- Substitute 1 teaspoon cocoa powder for vanilla.
- Add ½ cup fresh fruit before processing.
