Trim Slim Custard

(2 servings)

2 eggs
2 packets Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ˝ cups skim milk, scalded
Nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium-size bowl, beat eggs, slightly. Add Sweet 'N Low and vanilla; slowly stir in milk. Pour into two 1-cup custard cups; set in shallow pan filled with 1 inch of hot water. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
