Think Pink Icing

1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
1 teaspoon Sweet'N Low® granulated sugar substitute
1 tablespoon liquid egg white
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
2-3 drops red food coloring

In mixing bowl, stir all ingredients until well blended. Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes until very frothy. Increase speed to high and beat until mixture is well-blended and thick. Scrape down sides and bottom of bowl to incorporate all ingredients. Transfer mixture to pastry bag fitted with small round tube or use icing spatula to frost cookies. Use icing immediately, or place in a sealed container. The mixture will harden unless kept covered.

Makes about 1/2 cup (enough for 3 dozens cookie)
