Sugary Syrup



½ cup water
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/3 cup honey

In small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, sugar, Sweet 'N Low, and lemon juice. Cook, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to high and, timing it from the moment the syrup boils, cook uncovered, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in honey. Pour hot over pastry.
