Strawberry Sorbet
(four 1/2-cup servings)
2 cups fresh strawberries, reserving 4 for garnish
2 packets (1/2 teaspoon) Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup dry white wine
In blender, puree strawberries. In saucepan, combine Sweet 'N Low, honey, and wine; simmer until dissolved. Stir in strawberry puree. Pour mixture into 8?inch square pan. Freeze 20-30 minutes or until ice crystals form. Beat until smooth; freeze about 15 minutes. Beat until smooth; freeze until hard. About 15 minutes before serving, refrigerate to soften slightly. Serve in sherbet glasses. Garnish with strawberries.
