Squash with Pecans
(6 servings)
2 16-ounce packages frozen squash
1 1/2 teaspoons Sweet 'N LowÒ Brown granulated sugar substitute
3 tablespoons butter, divided
1/2 cup chopped pecans, divided
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Thaw squash in 6-cup casserole sprayed with nonstick cooking spray for 1-2 hours. When thawed, stir in 2 Tablespoons butter, 1/4 cup pecans, Sweet 'N Low Brown, salt and nutmeg. Sprinkle with remaining pecans. Dot with remaining butter. Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.
