Asparagus Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk, undiluted
- 2 tablespoons minced onion flakes
- 1 cup water
- 1 chicken-flavor bouillon cube
- 1 can (16 ounces) cut asparagus, undrained
- 1 packet Sweet 'N Low® zero calorie sweetener
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
In medium-size saucepan, combine asparagus with liquid, bouillon, water, and onion flakes. Simmer about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat but do not boil.
