Asparagus Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup evaporated skim milk, undiluted
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion flakes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 chicken-flavor bouillon cube
  • 1 can (16 ounces) cut asparagus, undrained
  • 1 packet Sweet 'N Low® zero calorie sweetener
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

In medium-size saucepan, combine asparagus with liquid, bouillon, water, and onion flakes. Simmer about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat but do not boil.
