Pumpkin Pie
(6 servings)
1 8-inch Sweet 'N Low® Graham Cracker Pie Crust (see below)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup cooked or canned pumpkin
¾ teaspoon (3 packets) Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk, scalded
Add salt, spices, Sweet 'N Low, and egg to pumpkin, then gradually add milk. Pour into a well-greased 8-inch pie pan. Place in shallow pan of water and bake in a 300°F oven for 1 hour, until knife inserted in center comes out clean. While still lukewarm, slip the baked filling into the piecrust.
