Peanut Butter Cookies

(18 cookies)

1/4 cup margarine, softened
3 tablespoons sugar
3/4 tablespoon Sweet 'N Low® Brown granulated sugar substitute
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoons chopped, unsalted peanuts

Preheat oven to 350°F. In bowl with mixer, cream margarine, sugar and Sweet 'N Low Brown. Beat in peanut butter. Add egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and peanuts. On baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray with a tablespoon, drop dough 2 inches apart. With a fork dipped in flour, press a crisscross pattern on each cookie. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
