Condiments
Oriental Vegetable Marinade
(enough to marinate approximately 4 cups of vegetables)
¼ cup safflower or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 ½ tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
¾ teaspoon sesame oil
1 packet Sweet 'N Low®
¼ teaspoon minced fresh or 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour over cooked vegetables, such as cauliflower, broccoli florets, or snow peas. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
