Oatmeal Raisin Bars

(32 bars)

½ cup unsalted margarine
¼ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
¼ teaspoon Sweet 'N Low® granulated sugar substitute
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt substitute
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup raisins

Cream margarine, brown sugar and Sweet 'N Low. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; add to brown sugar mixture. Press into 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool and cut into 1 x 2 inch bars.
