Molasses Cookies

(30-40 cookies)

1/2 cup butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Sweet 'N LowÒ Brown granulated sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger or cloves
1 egg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup molasses
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup coffee, milk or water

Cream butter and Sweet 'N Low Brown. Add egg, molasses and coffee. Add remaining ingredients sifted together. Beat well. Add more flour, if needed. Arrange by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake about 10 minutes at 375°F.
